Christmas Wish List 2014

This is my Christmas wish list for this year.

Christmas is definitely not about the presents, to me Christmas is about celebrating love and giving without expecting anything. I don't expect to receive anything but it's fun to have a wish list of things you wish you had. You can also take this post as a holiday gift guide for a girl in her twenties I'm sure she will love any of these gifts.

So these are the things that I wish I received for Christmas. These are things that I have been wanting for a while but I never get myself to buy them. You might see some repeats from last year. Yes I still don't have a pair of Doc Martens and I am still wanting to have a polaroid camera. They are so expensive though!

Some new things that came out this year that I have been dying for are all from Sephora!
First Too Faced chocolate palette! I really just want this palette because of it's packaging and the way it smells lol. I really don't need anymore eye shadows.

Also this year I tried one of  the Urban Decay revolution lipsticks, they are fabulous so this Lipstick Stash will be perfect to try the different colors they have!

I always want a new perfume for the holidays, this year my pick is Elizabeth and James' Nirvana White, this is the perfect everyday fragrance it's clean and floral. The notes are peony, muguet and tender musk. I love anything with peony. I love florals call me grandma!

I don't really splurge on sunglasses, in fact all my sunglasses are from Forever 21 or Urban Outfitters. But I have been wanting a pair of ray-bans for a while. I just can't justify spending that kind of money in sunglasses since I always break them or lose them. But may be Santa can get them for me lol.

Well I hope this post was helpful. Last year I did a similar post, I can't believe its been a year since I started blogging. I have been working on a special post that will be up soon to celebrate this milestone, stay tuned!

Hope you got inspired.

xoxo,
Sandra

I became a mom | Birth Story

Hello everyone! It has been almost two years since my last post. A lot has happened, but the most important thing, I became a mother. On May 25, 2017 I gave birth to my daughter Chloe Alessandra. I wanted to blog my whole pregnancy but life was so hectic I never found the time to start. My friend Mayra recently gave birth to her beautiful daughter Giselle and she just started her own blog :  Giselle y Mama Go check out her blog, I loved her first post, and it inspired me to start blogging again. Let's start with my birth story! I gave birth at 39 weeks and 5 days, my due date was May 27. My labor and delivery were nothing like I imagined. On my last doctor's appointment the doctor spoke to me about having an induction the following week because I was not showing any signs of dilation. I was hoping things would start progressing before my due date and they did. Tuesday night around 10:30pm I started having very mild cramps. I had been drinking a lo...

COMFY CHIC

For my first post I want to show you an awesome pair of faux leather sweatpants I got at Urban Outfitters two days ago. They were having 50%off their clearance I only paid $10 for this fantastic piece. Sweatpants have been a huge trend for Fall and Winter. What I love the most about this specific pair is that it is a very versatile piece that you can be dress up or down. I wanted to keep this outfit comfortable but chic, so I decided to throw on a comfy sweater I got also on clearance at American Eagle. I love the back detail of the sweater it gives a nice touch to the whole outfit. To give a little bit of glam to the outfit I wore this jeweled necklace from forever 21 and strappy heels from Lulus . The sweatpants have pockets! Find the necklace  ( here ). xoxo, Sandra

These outfits are festive but without being too out there, they can be worn any other day of summer. Some of the pieces I have had for a while so they are not in stores but I will try to link as many pieces as I can.  Outfit #1 This outfit is great for a picnic day, its girly and comfortable. I have been loving the look of flannels wrapped around your waist,  it just adds a more laid back feel to any outfit. Sunglasses: Aldo (currently in stores) Crop Top: American Eagle (in stores) Skirt: Urban Outfitters (last year) Button Down: Urban Outfitters (last year) Sandals: Target (last year) Outfit # 2 This outfit is definitely more put together, you can wear this outfit to a party or if you are having a night out in town with your friends.  I have been loving th...
