Fall Make up - Collective Haul

Fall is finally here and I have gone a little make up crazy. I have made multiple trips to Ulta in the past few weeks and I have also picked up a few things at Sephora. So I decided to post a mini collective haul with my new fall make up. I also decided to include swatches of some of the goodies I picked up. Enjoy!

This week Ulta has 40% off NYX Cosmetics. I picked up a few lippies for $3.00 each and couple cheek products for $4.00 each.
NYX butter lip glosses have a lot of good reviews so I didn't have any so I decided to picked up Angel's Food Cake (Mauve Shade) and Devil's Food Cake (Deep Plum). I also picked up the soft matte lip cream in Transylvania which is a matte deep violet shade.

For my cheeks I picked up the NYX Baked Blush in Chiffon which is a two in one blush and highlight iridescent pink shade. I also picked up one of their regular blushes in the shade Terra Cotta which is a shimmery gold shade. I love cheek products that give me a nice glow without making me look oily I think these shades will be perfect for that.

I recently made a trip to Sephora to pick up a new foundation and of course I had to pick up some goodies from the cash wrap area. They always get me with the trave sizes.

I have been wanting to try the Living Proof Prime Style Extender which I have heard is great to maintain for hairstyle longer. I have only use it with straight hair I definitely have to try it when I curl my hair to really see if it does the job. I have also been on  the hunt for a good face primer that doesn't make my face feel oily. I decided to try the travel size of the Light Smashbox Photo Finish Primer which is oil-free. I have been really liking this primer it feels light weight on my skin and it makes my make up a long time. I also picked up the travel size of the First Aid Beauty Radiance Pads but I haven't used them yet.  I love buying products in travel sizes to try them first and see if they really work for me before investing in the bigger size.

Last but not least  I picked up Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Full Coverage Foundation in the shade Light Medium Honey. I tried a sample of this foundation and I really liked its lasting power and even though it's a full coverage foundation it feels really light on the skin.

I also wanted to mention these babies on my haul. These have been my favorite lipsticks for the past few weeks. They are the new Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipsticks. I picked up the shades Siren in Scarlet (red) and Touch of Spice (pink nude). I love the pigmentation and formula of these lipsticks. They are matte but they are creamy but they last long they are perfect! These two shades are definitely must haves for fall. Siren in Scarlet is the perfect blue based red shade it reminds me of MAC's Ruby Woo lipstick. Touch of Spice is the perfect 90's nude shade perfect to get the Kylie Jenner look. The best place to pick them up is Target I only paid $5.49 for each.

If you have any questions about any of the products mentioned feel free to leave them on the comments.

Have fun shopping!

OOTD- Wedding Crasher

This weekend I attended to one of my close friends wedding and I didn't have time to go shopping for an outfit. I decided to wear things I already had in my closet. The blush pink dress is from Zara I got it back in 2010 and this was my first time wearing it. The only reason I purchased the dress was because it was on sale. I know I have a shopping problem I'm always buying things because they are on sale but I eventually end up wearing it somehow. The shoes I also had in my closet for a long time I have worn them I few times since they are pretty high but they are actually one of the most comfortable shoes I own believe it or not. The shoes have a hidden platform in the front that makes them easy to walk in even with the stiletto heel. I'm always very simple when it comes to accessories, I thought the earring gave a glam touch to the whole look. Dress: Zara Shoes: Aldo Accessories: Forvere 21 You can find the earrings ( HERE ) ...

5 Baby Must Haves I didn't know I needed

Today I want to share with 5 baby must haves I didn't know I needed until I got to use them. These are definitely baby products that should be added to every baby registry. I hope this post is helpful to new and future mommies. 1.  Ooogie Bear Infant Nose and Ear Cleaner -  If your baby has boogies you need this tool, best $13 spent! I was having a hard time removing dried boogies from Chloe's nose, until I found this tool.  The Oogie Bear tool is called the better booger tool for a reason. The tool has two ends one is a loop end for sticky boogers and the other one is a scoop end for dried boogies. This tool makes it really easy to remove boogies from your baby's nose to help them breath easier.  You can also use this tool to clean your babies ears.  2.  NeilMed Naspira Nasal Aspirator - I always told myself I will never use snot sucker, it always grossed me out, but once you become a mother nothing grosses you out anymore and you will do ...

COMFY CHIC

For my first post I want to show you an awesome pair of faux leather sweatpants I got at Urban Outfitters two days ago. They were having 50%off their clearance I only paid $10 for this fantastic piece. Sweatpants have been a huge trend for Fall and Winter. What I love the most about this specific pair is that it is a very versatile piece that you can be dress up or down. I wanted to keep this outfit comfortable but chic, so I decided to throw on a comfy sweater I got also on clearance at American Eagle. I love the back detail of the sweater it gives a nice touch to the whole outfit. To give a little bit of glam to the outfit I wore this jeweled necklace from forever 21 and strappy heels from Lulus . The sweatpants have pockets! Find the necklace  ( here ). xoxo, Sandra
