February Favorites ♡

  1. Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder- I did not expect to love this powder as much as I do. Even though this powder does not claim to mattify the skin, I feel like this powder keeps my skin oil free for a longer period of time than other powders I have used. It has a smooth-whipped formula that gives you a flawless finish without looking cakey. You can pair it over any foundation or bb cream.
  2. Swissco Precision Blending Sponge- This is a life changing product. I have always heard great things about the Beauty Blender sponge but I have never want to splurge on it. I saw someone on youtube talk about this sponge and how it was very similar to the beauty blender. I found mine at TJ Max for $4.99, but you can also find it at Marshall's and similar stores. I have never tried the beauty blender so I do not know how this sponge compares to it. But I will say this sponge has changed the way my make up looks and last through the day. My make up looks smooth, flawless and natural for a long period of time.
  3. Sephora Favorites Skin Cleanse Vol.2 - This is a must have to anyone  who suffers from acne prone skin. At the end of January beginning of February my skin was not at its best I had a lot of reoccurring break outs. I decided to pick up  this skincare set at Sephora since it carries a lot of the products I have been wanting to try. This set retails for $45 dollars and it has a $112 value. This set has nine different deluxe size products. I used several products from the set and by the end of the month my skin cleared up completely. This is a great way to try different skincare products and see how they work before splurging on them.
  4. John Frieda Highlight Activating Enhancing Shampoo- I started highlighting my hair at the end of January and I wanted to use a shampoo that will look my hair brighter. I decided to buy this shampoo because it says is for dark blondes. Every time I use this shampoo I get compliments of my hair color. Blonde hair can sometimes look dull and lifeless this shampoo gives my hair color dimension and brightness. This is a must have for any brunette going blonde this spring.
  5. Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil- Lately I have been obsessed with using oils for everything. I have been wanting to use an oil that does not leave my hair oily. When I saw this product said it was a Dry Oil I was sold. This product can be also use on your body and face to moisturize the skin. So far I have only use it on my hair and I have been loving how it leaves my hair soft with out making it oily.
  6. Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Stress Relief Eucalyptus Spearmint Candle- This candle is heaven. Anyone who needs a moment of relaxation needs this candle. I burn this candle when I get home after a long day at work. This candle helps me wind down and get ready for bed. They also make a pillow mist with the same fragrance which I also recommend.

OOTD- Wedding Crasher

This weekend I attended to one of my close friends wedding and I didn't have time to go shopping for an outfit. I decided to wear things I already had in my closet. The blush pink dress is from Zara I got it back in 2010 and this was my first time wearing it. The only reason I purchased the dress was because it was on sale. I know I have a shopping problem I'm always buying things because they are on sale but I eventually end up wearing it somehow. The shoes I also had in my closet for a long time I have worn them I few times since they are pretty high but they are actually one of the most comfortable shoes I own believe it or not. The shoes have a hidden platform in the front that makes them easy to walk in even with the stiletto heel. I'm always very simple when it comes to accessories, I thought the earring gave a glam touch to the whole look. Dress: Zara Shoes: Aldo Accessories: Forvere 21 You can find the earrings ( HERE ) ...

5 Baby Must Haves I didn't know I needed

Today I want to share with 5 baby must haves I didn't know I needed until I got to use them. These are definitely baby products that should be added to every baby registry. I hope this post is helpful to new and future mommies. 1.  Ooogie Bear Infant Nose and Ear Cleaner -  If your baby has boogies you need this tool, best $13 spent! I was having a hard time removing dried boogies from Chloe's nose, until I found this tool.  The Oogie Bear tool is called the better booger tool for a reason. The tool has two ends one is a loop end for sticky boogers and the other one is a scoop end for dried boogies. This tool makes it really easy to remove boogies from your baby's nose to help them breath easier.  You can also use this tool to clean your babies ears.  2.  NeilMed Naspira Nasal Aspirator - I always told myself I will never use snot sucker, it always grossed me out, but once you become a mother nothing grosses you out anymore and you will do ...

COMFY CHIC

For my first post I want to show you an awesome pair of faux leather sweatpants I got at Urban Outfitters two days ago. They were having 50%off their clearance I only paid $10 for this fantastic piece. Sweatpants have been a huge trend for Fall and Winter. What I love the most about this specific pair is that it is a very versatile piece that you can be dress up or down. I wanted to keep this outfit comfortable but chic, so I decided to throw on a comfy sweater I got also on clearance at American Eagle. I love the back detail of the sweater it gives a nice touch to the whole outfit. To give a little bit of glam to the outfit I wore this jeweled necklace from forever 21 and strappy heels from Lulus . The sweatpants have pockets! Find the necklace  ( here ). xoxo, Sandra
